We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and packed in their reusable mailer.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like a refund, store credit, or a different size, then choose your preferred local drop-off point or courier service.
Pack Your Yaks
Place your items back in the original compostable packaging and attach the generated shipping label or show your QR code at the drop-off point.
Get Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 7-10 working days.
